Responsibilities:

  • Wake up bright and early to set up and prepare our delicious breakfast buffet for our guests
  • Greet guests with a smile and make them feel at home as they start their day
  • Keep the breakfast area clean, organized, and stocked throughout the morning hours
  • Assist guests with any special requests or dietary restrictions to ensure they have a satisfying meal
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to replenish food and beverage items as needed
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and maintain food safety standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience for all
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing breakfast utensils, dishes, and equipment
  • Assist with checking guests in and out of the breakfast area, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
