Job Title: Evening Social Host

Location: Staybridge Suites, West Des Moines

Hours: Monday - Wednesday, 4:00 PM - 7:30 PM

Job Summary:

Staybridge Suites West Des Moines is seeking a friendly and outgoing Evening Social Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our guests during our evening socials held every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and set up light appetizers and beverages (beer and wine) for the evening social.
• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.
• Relationship Building: Develop relationships with individual guests and local businesses to foster a sense of community and repeat business.
• Service Excellence: Serve food and beverages to guests, maintaining high standards of hospitality and service.
• Clean-Up: Ensure the social area is clean and tidy before and after the event, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
