Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in a front desk or guest services role

• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite; IHG and HotelKey experience a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Previous lead, supervisor, or management experience preferred

• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
