Job Overview:

As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining our hotel's high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner, while also providing friendly and attentive service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures
  • Change linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities
  • Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and ensure that each room is spotless
  • Report any maintenance issues or room damages to the appropriate department
  • Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any requests or concerns promptly
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and healthy environment for our guests

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
